We drove to Lhasa and stayed in Gonggar County for one night. We went to this restaurant for dinner. The restaurant is on the airport road. Compared with other restaurants in the same area, the business here is pretty good! The restaurant's facade and interior decoration are very Shaanxi-style, and the sanitary environment looks good. Ordering is done at the counter, and you have to pay after ordering. The four of us ordered a portion of pork belly, vegetarian shreds, two bowls of mutton noodles, and a dish whose name I forgot, plus three fat and lean meat sandwiches. But I found that the waiter's enthusiasm for proactive service was not enough, and he called a few times before coming to serve the bowls and chopsticks. Roujiamo is indeed fat and lean with plenty of meat filling. It's very refreshing to bite it while it's hot and the juice flows across it! The mutton noodles are so fresh, and the portion of noodles and mutton is also full. Two people eat almost one bowl! The vegetarian shreds are a big portion, and they are crispy and delicious and very greasy! I shouldn't have ordered that big plate of pork belly, it was a bit greasy and I couldn't finish it! This meal was very filling and affordable, less than 150 yuan for four people!
